Virtual Assistant VA Networking Forum - Need a Virtual Assistant?

Virtual Assisting is one of the fastest growing businesses. It is a profession that was begging for a place, since the benefits for business owners and business people are overwhelming. Typically, Virtual Assistants are intuitive to the needs of their clients due to their own needs as a business owner and busy person. A long-term relationship is of the most benefit, since it allows the VA to learn the individual needs, wants and style of their clients. This is not to say that a one time job through a Virtual Assistant isn’t of great benefit. There are many day-to-day tasks that do not need the knowledge of a client’s needs, other than the task itself. The long-term relationship is one that allows a VA to run interference for their client, in matters of customer contact, email management, voicemail handling and so on. A VA gets to know what they can handle themselves and what needs their client's attention, saving the clients immeasurable amounts of time in doing their own “weeding” and sorting. The good Virtual Assistant invariably becomes a relied upon and trusted extension of the client.

We are assisting small business owners, musicians, professionals, artists and anyone who needs to free up some time! Our mission, as a virtual assistant company, is to help others achieve more freedom and flexibility in their lives. If you are in need of personal or business support, we are glad you found us. Welcome!

What is a Virtual Assistant?

A Virtual Assistant (VA) is a professional who assists busy people and businesses with the day to day tasks of running a successful business. A VA helps you focus your time and energy on managing, growing and promoting your business. You can think of a virtual assistant as a business support tool. The majority of our business is conducted online, through email, traditional mail, phone or fax. You can expect many types of services from a virtual assistant. They can be retained for personal things such as making doctor’s appointments to addressing invitations. Business support services from data entry to web site building. Most virtual assistants have areas that they specialize in. Most often, long term relationships are built with a handful of clients on a contractual basis.

About Our Newsletter

Our newsletter is interactive and will have interesting links, bands, businesses, artists and other goodies. Here is the basic premise:

Promotion:

We will be promoting bands/artists/businesses that we see as having something outstanding about them. There will be a small fee for promotion, so the highest bidder is the most creative in my book...just kidding. The amazing talent and drive in the people I've gotten to know is inspiring!

Information:

We will be including special links to information helpful to all the readers and featured people. Not like those crazy info links I tend to follow that are junk! Of course, that may be in the eye of the beholder... (:

Special Feature:

We will be including in all newsletters, after the initial one, a featured artist/band/business. Depending on the categories in each newsletter of featured artists/bands/businesses, we will have 1-3 reader voted entities. In other words, each ad placed in each newsletter, will be voted on by the readers. The winner(s) will be featured, free of charge, as a featured story in the following newsletter, as reader's pick! You can post a link on your site to the newsletter to encourage your fans to vote for you!

As has happened with this business, I'm sure the newsletter will morph into the direction it is pulled. We will strive to keep it fresh, fun and useful.

Space in each newsletter will be limited (who wants an 80 page newsletter?). Message us with submission inquires. Please feel free to send us a message with any questions or ideas, too!

*note: MySpace pops up a routine security message because you are being redirected-don't worry, you are going to the website for your sign up!
